Some cities make city wide alerts for emergencies and possible emergencies across the town.

TorranceAlerts is a mass emergency notification system that enables citizens to receive informational messages from the City. The system will be utilized to inform the community of both emergency and non-emergency information.  Receive texts, emails and or phone calls.
