The Back Story:  Sadly, the homeowner died. The heirs thought that having a will then gave them permission to sell her townhome.  That is not how it works! So with no Living Trust, I introduced them to a Probate Attorney who helped them thru the probate process.  I then guided them to the next step. They had an estate sale and did some small repairs.  When the court said “you can sell the townhome now!”  Finally! Time to activate the listing!
