Carol, thanks for everything. You are great! Everything is finally moved in. I am really enjoying my new home. It is a wonderful feeling to come home to “MY” place. I’ve already got a few little projects for the place and am really looking forward to getting them done through the year. I have no qualms at all referring you to any of my friends and family who may begin looking for their new property. I’ve got your number engraved in my memory, so you’ll not have to worry about that.”

“Sometimes selling a house is a fun and exciting time.” -- May 2016

Share

1950 Jaybrook Dr RPV“Sometimes selling a house is a fun and exciting time; the beginning of a new chapter for a family, a great new journey. And sometimes the need to sell a house is born from a negative situation that is filled with stress and strife among various family members. We had the distinction of the latter.

The need to sell this home was a difficult decision for the family, but Carol helped make it less painful in so many ways. She went above and beyond in selling this property; she worked quickly and efficiently, she helped us secure a great price that went a long way to ease the worries held by some of the family members, and she made sure that everything went smoothly.

There were so many other things to worry about during the sale of this house, and Carol knew that and did everything she could to make sure the sale was not one of them. She’s responsive to the needs of her clients; she got a few requests for things that I’m sure were tedious for her to do, and probably completely unnecessary, but she did them with a smile, and in a timely manner. She understood what everyone was going through, and she just wanted to make it better any way that she could. I can’t say enough about how kind and patient she was throughout this process.

I highly recommend Carol for anyone who is looking to buy or sell a property. She is a savvy real estate professional, who knows how to handle her business, and yours! If you team up with her, she will always have a smile, she will always listen to you, and she will always give you 110%.”

  • Forget the Price of the Home. The Cost is What Matters. November 7, 2019
Home buying activity (demand) is up, and the number of available listings (supply) is down. When demand outpaces supply, prices appreciate. That’s why firms are beginning to increase their projections for home price appreciation going forward. As an example, CoreLogic increased their 12-month projection for home values from 4.5% to 5.6% over the last few […]
