I have a Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation – SRES.  This means that have taken an intensive training program specifically focused on the needs of buyers who are 50+.  SRES real estate agents have knowledge and expertise in counseling clients who are 50+ and understand the unique financial and emotional challenges people are faced with when selling a home they may have been in for decades and raised their children in. SRES agents are also educated and able to help clients decide and discover what their current and future needs are when selecting a new home. 

 

 

1. New Horizons South Bay

  • Address: Nadine Circle & Maple Avenue, Torrance, CA 90505

  • Description: Established in the 1960s, this resort-style community offers a 9-hole golf course, two swimming pools, a clubhouse with a ballroom, billiards room, gym, sauna, jacuzzi, tennis court, woodshop, and various social clubs.

2. Village Court

  • Description: Built in 2006, Village Court provides resort-style living with amenities like a pool, spa, BBQ area, exercise room, large recreation room with kitchen, TV, pool table, and reading room. It’s within walking distance to shops and restaurants, and only 1.5 miles from the ocean. 

3. Courtyard Villa Estates

  • Address: 3970 Sepulveda Blvd, Torrance, CA 90505

  • Description: This 2007-built community features spacious units with locked entry, a central outdoor courtyard, and amenities including a recreation room with pool table, gym, card table, dining area, TV, seating area, and a full-sized kitchen.

4. The Gables

  • Address: 3550 Torrance Blvd, Torrance, CA 90503

  • Description: Comprising 60 one-bedroom or studio units built in 2006, The Gables is located in central Torrance, within walking distance to Del Amo shopping center and restaurants. Amenities include a community room with large screen TV, free internet access, and a library. 

5. The Meridian at Cabrillo

  • Address: 2740 Cabrillo Ave, Torrance, CA 90501

  • Description: Built in 2006, The Meridian offers 44 luxurious condominiums with a community room featuring a fireplace, kitchen, big screen television, and fitness room. 

6. Pacific Village

  • Address: 3120 Sepulveda Blvd, Torrance, CA 90505

  • Description: Constructed in 2002, Pacific Village is conveniently located near shopping centers and restaurants. Amenities include elevators, a free laundry facility, and a community room.

7. Parkview Court

  • Address: 2367 Jefferson St, Torrance, CA 90501

  • Description: Built in 2008, Parkview Court is a gated community featuring 59 residences with a large courtyard, recreation center, and fitness center. It’s located adjacent to Wilson Park, which hosts a Farmers Market twice a week. 

8. Sunset Gardens

  • Address: 24410 Crenshaw Blvd, Torrance, CA 90505

  • Description: Established in 1987, Sunset Gardens offers amenities such as an indoor pool, outdoor spa, large recreation room, putting green, and shuffleboard. It’s within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. 

9. Tradewinds

  • Address: 2605 Sepulveda Blvd, Torrance, CA 90505

  • Description: Built in 2003, Tradewinds provides amenities including a pool, spa, fitness center, clubhouse with full kitchen, library, and billiards table. It’s located close to shopping, restaurants, and Wilson Park.

1. Breakwater Village

2. The Montecito

  • Description: Constructed in 2009, The Montecito consists of 48 Mediterranean-style condos within walking distance to shopping and restaurants, and 1.5 miles from the beach. 

🌄 Rancho Palos Verdes
