Shopping in downtown Hermosa Beach is a pure pleasure. There are shops with that old “60s feel” and shops that even go back further than the 60s, with products and services that will please almost anyone. Some of the best pizza I have ever had can be found in Hermosa Beach, along with great chic shops and specialty shops for every type of products from candles to chic clothes.

I was enjoying the surf while strolling along the beach just north of the Pier yesterday and overheard a family of tourists sitting on the sand discussing the subject of possibly moving to a Manhattan Beach Home from their present home somewhere on the east coast. I thought to myself about how lucky I was to be able to live here and enjoy this perfect weather. I am sure that so many people in the mid-west, with their flooding problems, and on the east coast, would give anything to be able to live in Manhattan Beach and to live the great relaxed beach lifestyle that we all take for granted. I just cannot imagine living anywhere else but right here in M.B.

The El Segundo high school has been used since then in so many movies and became famous itself for its traditional high school looks. Our city has grown tremendously adding many apartments, condos, townhomes and many new custom built single family homes that encompass El Segundo Real Estate but still remains a single family home type of community with traditional neighborhoods, hilly tree lined streets and a quaint village type of downtown.
