If you are considering placing your house on the market, it is crucial that you do some work before you place it on the market.

How about the windows?
Upgrade the garage door?
Paint the exterior?
And then there is the landscaping. Trim bushes, plant flowers. repair cement.
I would sagest you take a drive around your South Bay neighborhood and take note of which houses automatically attract you. Take some photos and then you go, you have instant help on improving your curb appeal.

We all know of the Farmer market At Wilson Park in Torrance, the Farmer’s Market in Redondo. But did you know there is a 3rd local Farmers Market? And you will not beleive where.
The market is located at the Kaiser Permanent South Bay medical center, near the Parkview building. The hours are 10 am to 3 pm Wednesdays.
The stalls accept cash or you can get a gift card with a credit card at the manager’s stand.

Such wonderful News for the South Bay. Children’s Hospital has opened a outpatient Medical group in Torrance. You can expect the same renowned medical care that children’s Hospital is known for across the country.

The 54 room hotel project in Redondo is finally under way. The project has been in the works since 2008. Cleanup of the present site is scheduled to start next month and completion is scheduled for October 1, 2014. This will be Redondo’s first major development project in 2 years and the city fathers are happy to see the project finally get off the sand, so to speak.
