Help Decorate the Torrance Rose Float

Join in on the fun and come decorate the City of Torrance Rose Parade Float!Here’s how to sign-up for a decorating shift:

1. All float decorators must be Torrance Rose Float Association members.
Membership starts at just $20 for the year. 

2. Submit your Decorator Form to sign-up for the shifts you would prefer. Include your
signed Waiver and Release of Liability Form. Both are due by November 21, 2019.
