I just finished ready an article titled   “Luxury Buyers are Spending Mega Bucks in these Markets”.    It says that there are many $10 million homes selling all over the United States.  San Francisco: 2,485; Los Angeles: 2,170 … Hmmm….

So I decided to do a search for the  Beach cities SouthBay area of Southern California and I Found 8 homes priced over $10,000,000!

And as you may know, Manhattan Beach  Has 33 active listings priced from $1,000,000 to $999,999!  And the turnover for the most recent sales are approximately 43 days!

It looks to me that a Luxury Buyer in the South Bay is looking for a View, Proxmity to the Beach,  or Quality … which may include new or remodeled homes.

Which price range works for you?  Over $1, 000,ooo or Under $1,000,000.
