Homes in Manhattan Beach
The appreciated values of MB property has done better than most other areas of the country and the home values have held up pretty well and the property in all of the Manhattan Beach neighborhoods; The Sand Section, The Hill Section, Gas Lamp Section, Tree Section, The Village, East Manhattan Beach, Liberty Village and North Section (old El Porto) have held their prices for the most part.
Since the homes in Manhattan Beach are always highly sought after, my friend indicated that real estate here will continue to be hot. Manhattan Beach has so much going for it; award winning schools, the historic pier, the warm sand beaches and lifestyle and great shopping options without having to travel very far.
Top restaurants, cafes and coffee houses are almost everywhere within walking distance and that is one thing I like for sure. Of course the golf course at the Manhattan Country Club is one of the most popular places in the city for residents and out of town guests. Manhattan Beach has all the good things that a large metro area should have but with a small town atmosphere and of course the layed back beach and surfing lifestyle.

Memorial Day Weekend
I write this during Memorial Day Weekend. One where we South Bayans are trying to find our new normal. Just this past weekend was what was supposed to be the 61st armed forces day parade. The longest of its kind in the U.S. Except it never happened because...
Schooling During COVID
School has been an odd experience for kids from Kindergarten on up through College. Remote computer learning has been the pivot for most local schools. And it has not always been a smooth transition. Nevertheless, parents and children have been flexible in...
