The Torrance Rose Float Association Celebration Dinner is just two weeks away! We invite you to join us for our 2017 Celebration Dinner, Annual Meeting and Installation of Officers and Board of Directors.

The 2017 City of Torrance “Be Your Own Knight” Float received the Tournament Volunteers’ Trophy for the “Best floral design of Parade theme under 35 feet in length.
